How screenshots are processed

Ordinary editing and export happen in your browser. A screenshot is uploaded only when a signed-in Pro user deliberately saves a project, or deliberately asks Create with AI to analyse it. Saved-project images are stored in private Firebase Storage. Screenshot matching sends a reduced temporary copy to the configured OpenRouter vision provider; that analysis copy is not saved by Mockup Suite.

What we collect

• Account details (Pro only): your email address, and your display name and photo if you sign in with a provider that supplies them.
• Saved projects (Pro only): the mockups you explicitly save — their images and layout.
• AI backgrounds (Pro only): prompts, generated images, generation status, and monthly usage required to provide and limit the feature.
• Subscription state: whether your plan is active, and the identifiers Stripe needs to manage it. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our systems.
• Anonymous analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage counts to understand which features are used. No screenshot content is included.

Who processes your data

Mockup Suite relies on service providers to operate: Google Firebase for authentication, database and private file storage;Vercel for hosting and aggregate web analytics;Stripe for subscriptions and payment records; andOpenRouter and the selected AI model provider when a Pro user requests screenshot analysis or image generation. AI requests are sent only for the feature the user invokes. Provider handling is also governed by the applicable provider terms and privacy policy. Mockup Suite does not sell personal data.

Cookies

Essential browser storage is used to keep users signed in and preserve necessary application state. No advertising cookies are used. Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate usage without including screenshot content.

How long we keep it

Saved projects, generated backgrounds and account details are kept while the account exists, unless deleted earlier. Delete individual projects at any time from your projects page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. You can delete your entire account — cancelling an active subscription and removing the login, saved projects, generated backgrounds, public links and stored images — from your account page. Stripe may retain payment and transaction records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or other legal duties. For any other request, email help@mockupsuite.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
